          | | | MDI Mercury Contactors | | Mercury Displacement Relays are all
designed and built to meet the most exacting demands of industry.
Contactors are hermetically sealed with high quality glass to metal
seals. The stainless steel tube is totally encapsulated in high
grade UL approved epoxy to prevent moisture damage and voltage breakdown
through the protective coating. Inert gases internally prevent excessive
arcing between the mercury and the electrodes which enables the
unit to function for millions of cycles. Available in 30, 35, 60
              and 100 amp capacity.

          | | | GN Heat Seal Strips | | Particular attention must be paid to thermal
considerations in order to improve the reliability and power of
solid state relays. It is extremely important to consider the quality
of the interface between the relay and the heat sink. Air pockets
or gaps risk causing hot spots and a significant rise in temperature.
This pad is made of an aluminum substrate covered on each side with
a "touch-dry" thermal compound. If the temperature exceeds
51°C, the thermal compound wetting action allows it to fill
any gaps, while its natural capillary action draws it to the edge
of the interface between the mating surfaces, thus preventing it
              spreading.

information to determine the proper size.

          | | | LLC Liquid Level Control | |
Model LLC control is designed to de-energize
the power supply to a heater if the liquid level of the solution should
drop below the heated portion of the heater. The two setting probes
of the control are immersed in the solution to be heated. A negligible
current flows between the probes when immersed. Once the liquid level
drops below the probe, the circuit is automatically de-energized.
The probes are available in stainless steel, titanium, or impervious
graphite for use in almost any solution.

          | | | ENR Level Up or Level Down Control | | Control of maximum and/or minimum levels
of conductive liquids such as water. The principle is based on measurement
of the apparent resistance of the liquid between two submerged probes.
When this value is lower than the preset threshold on the unit front
face, the output relay changes state. To avoid electrolytic phenomena,
an AC current fans across the probes. Applications found in environmental,
chemical industries and food technology etc. DIN rail mount.
The output relay changes state when the
level of liquid reaches the maximum electrode, with the minimum electrode
submerged. It returns to its initial state when the minimum probe
is no longer in contact with the liquid. 24 to 240 VAC.

state. To avoid electrolytic phenomena, an AC current fans across

          | | | FN Level Up or Level Down Control with
Alarm | | Control of maximum and/or minimum levels
of conductive liquids with an alarm for a level which is abnormally
high or low. The principle is based on measurement of the apparent
resistance of the liquid between two submerged probes. When this
value is lower than the preset threshold on the unit front face,
the output relay and/or the alarm relay changes state. To avoid
electrolytic phenomena, an AC current fans across the probes. Applications
found in environmental, chemical industries and food technology
              etc. DIN rail mount.
