Band Heaters |
|
High temperature oxidation resistant metal
sheath. Highest grade mica insulation provides excellent electrical
insulation at high temperatures and is resistant to moisture. Clamping
band is low thermal expansion stainless steel construction to maintain
clamping pressure at elevated temperatures. Nickel/Chromium resistance
wire is evenly wound for uniform heat distribution and reliable
accuracy. Standard 10" fiberglass lead wires provide protection
up to 850°F. Approximately 1/8" thick

Type T3 Lamps |
|
Type T3 lamps utilize a low mass tungsten
filament to provide a high temperature source that responds rapidly
to voltage changes, thereby allowing precise control in steady-state
or dynamic situations. Lamps are hermetically sealed and filled
with an inert gas. The temperature of a T3 lamp operating at full
voltage is approximately 4000ºF making its peak energy wavelength
1.15 microns. These lamps are available in several lighted lengths
with wattage ratings of 100-200 watts per linear inch.

Quartz Element |
|
Fast responding and a very efficient
source of radiant energy. With heat-up capabilities of 45 to 50
seconds, and complete cool down in approximately 15 seconds, this
is an ideal heating device for use in applications where frequent
line stoppage is expected or immediate heat-up and cool down is
essential. Available in lengths of 8" to 100", diameters
of 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8".

|
Thermoline 125 high temperature, single conductor
wire. Flexible stranded nickel-coated copper conductor with PTFE
Teflon tapes covered by wrapped fiberglass yarns. A fiberglass braid
jacket is applied over the insulation and is treated with high temp
saturate. Excellent electrical properties. Withstands repeated flexing
and severe mechanical abuse. Moisture resistant and chemically inert.
UL & CSA approved for 600V, 482°F (250°C). Available
in 16, 14, 12, 10 and 8 AWG.

|
Thermoline 150 Ultra high temperature, single
conductor wire. Flexible stranded 27% nickel-coated copper conductor
insulated with glass reinforced mica tapes. A fiberglass braid jacket

Superior electrical properties. Excellent mechanical protection. Superior
high temp resistance. Flexible stranding. Nickel coated strands prevent
oxidation. UL & CSA approved for 600V, 842°F (450°C).

Fiberglass Sleeving |
|
Closely woven 100% fiberglass construction for
applications where temperatures run as high as 1200°F and provides
abrasion resistance with high flexibility. The sleeving is "double
wall" for additional space factor dielectric strength. The dielectric
strength of this sleeving is only that of the air space created by
the presence of the sleeving. The material is rated FR-1 for flame
resistant properties. Available in 0.133" ID and 0.263"

Fiberglass Cloth Tape 108 ft/roll, one inch
wide. A high-temperature tape with a temperature range of -100 to
500°F, If the adhesive should burn out, it leaves a non-conductive
