  Flanged Immersion   Flanged immersion heaters offer proven high quality design and manufacturing. With a large selection of tubular elements in stock, we can provide quick delivery on our catalog flange heaters with various ratings and terminal housing options.  Available in steel, copper, stainless steel, and Incoloy. Thermocouples available for overtemp and process measurement. Flange sizes from 3" to 24". 
         
  Large Screwplug Immersion   Over 2200 configurations with 0.1kW - 68kW capacity and 1" - 2.5" NPT plug sizes. Available in steel, copper, stainless steel, Incoloy and titanium. General Purpose, Moisture Resistant, and Explosion Proof enclosures. Integral thermostat models.

  Over-The-Side Immersion  

Heated section (“B” dimension) at tank bottom to allow natural heat convection. All wetted parts durably constructed of the same material for optimum corrosion resistance. Preset temperature sensor encased in a thermowell, standard on all models. 1" sludge legs standard, longer sludge legs available.

  Band Heaters  

High temperature oxidation resistant metal sheath. Highest grade mica insulation provides excellent electrical insulation at high temperatures and is resistant to moisture. Clamping band is low thermal expansion stainless steel construction to maintain clamping pressure at elevated temperatures. Nickel/Chromium resistance wire is evenly wound for uniform heat distribution and reliable accuracy. Standard 10" fiberglass lead wires provide protection up to 850°F. Approximately 1/8" thick

  Cartridge Heaters

  Type T3 Lamps  

Type T3 lamps utilize a low mass tungsten filament to provide a high temperature source that responds rapidly to voltage changes, thereby allowing precise control in steady-state or dynamic situations. Lamps are hermetically sealed and filled with an inert gas. The temperature of a T3 lamp operating at full voltage is approximately 4000ºF making its peak energy wavelength 1.15 microns. These lamps are available in several lighted lengths with wattage ratings of 100-200 watts per linear inch.

  Quartz Element  

Fast responding and a very efficient source of radiant energy. With heat-up capabilities of 45 to 50 seconds, and complete cool down in approximately 15 seconds, this is an ideal heating device for use in applications where frequent line stoppage is expected or immediate heat-up and cool down is essential. Available in lengths of 8" to 100", diameters of 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8".

  High Temperature Wire 500F  

Thermoline 125 high temperature, single conductor wire. Flexible stranded nickel-coated copper conductor with PTFE Teflon tapes covered by wrapped fiberglass yarns. A fiberglass braid jacket is applied over the insulation and is treated with high temp saturate. Excellent electrical properties. Withstands repeated flexing and severe mechanical abuse. Moisture resistant and chemically inert. UL & CSA approved for 600V, 482°F (250°C). Available in 16, 14, 12, 10 and 8 AWG.

         
  High Temperature Wire 1200F   Thermoline 150 Ultra high temperature, single conductor wire. Flexible stranded 27% nickel-coated copper conductor insulated with glass reinforced mica tapes. A fiberglass braid jacket is applied over the insulation and is treated with high temp saturant. Superior electrical properties. Excellent mechanical protection. Superior high temp resistance. Flexible stranding. Nickel coated strands prevent oxidation. UL & CSA approved for 600V, 842°F (450°C). Available in 16, 14, 12, 10 and 8 AWG.
         
  Fiberglass Sleeving   Closely woven 100% fiberglass construction for applications where temperatures run as high as 1200°F and provides abrasion resistance with high flexibility. The sleeving is "double wall" for additional space factor dielectric strength. The dielectric strength of this sleeving is only that of the air space created by the presence of the sleeving. The material is rated FR-1 for flame resistant properties. Available in 0.133" ID and 0.263" ID.
         
  Ringlet Connector  

Ringlet connectors nickel plated rated at 900°F. Ring will accept a No. 10 Stud. Comes in 3 wire sizes, 10-12, 14-16 and 18-22 AWG.

         
  Splice Connector   Splice connectors are nickel plated and are rated at 900°F. Comes in 10-12 and 14-16 AWG.
       
  Ceramic Wire Nuts   Ceramic wire connectors with water absorption less than .005. Rated at 300V and 2000°F. Comes in wire size 10-12, 14-16, 16-18 and 18-22 AWG.
         
  Release and Heat Transfer Agent   Release and heat transfer agent improves cartridge heater performance in holes and eases removal. Also good for surface type heaters such as strip heaters and tubulars when mounted in a channel. Comes in a 4 oz. bottle with dauber in cap.
         
  Fiberglass Tape   Fiberglass Cloth Tape 108 ft/roll, one inch wide. A high-temperature tape with a temperature range of -100 to 500°F, If the adhesive should burn out, it leaves a non-conductive ash. Useful in all kinds of high temperature applications.
